Applications are evaluated based on a pass/not pass basis. all determinations whether or not an application meets these evaluation criteria will be indicated on a passnot pass basis.

Coaches must meet at least one criterion: trained staff understanding all requirements of career coaching. . . current or retired teachers. . . trained paraprofessionals.

Applications marked confidential in entirety may be rejected without further consideration or recourse.

The contract performance period is from June 15, 2026, to September 30, 2027.

Payments will be released sequentially to the vendor upon satisfactory submission, review, and signoff of the specific deliverables associated with each milestone by NKSD leadership.

Evaluation factors include experience conducting similar studies, understanding of county objectives, and quality of the proposed methodology.
