boilers. RFPs are due June 12th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The contractor is responsible for providing and installing the temporary
boiler unit, associated equipment, and maintaining traffic and emergency access procedures along Georgia Avenue. A trailer platform will be constructed, and the contractor must comply with specifications 11 15 00. The project duration is a maximum of 270 days, and the contractor is responsible for the demolition and removal of all temporary facilities. The evaluation process will consider experience in site management,
boiler plants,
boiler plant piping, compliance with safety manuals, project schedule, and fees. A second site visit can be accommodated upon request. The existing fuel oil pumps will serve the temporary
boilers. The placement of the temporary

The contractor will need to field verify all dimensions for fabrication drawings. The natural gas supplier is Peco. The contractor must provide a load letter from the utility. The awarded contractor is to provide to the VA complete documentation of system components that do not comply with the device testing manual to be evaluated for acceptance at bid.
