Lot 1: The Turnpike Authority of Kentucky ( TAK) is required by Article VII of the Trust Indentures of the various bond issues, at the close of each Fiscal Year, to cause an audit to be made of the funds and accounts pledged to payment of outstanding bonds. The awarded offeror will perform auditing services of financial statements for TAK that may include completion of the Closing Package Forms to be submitted to the Finance and Administration Cabinet as well as a reconciliation of the information reported on the forms to the audited financial statements. The auditing services shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions provided by the Auditor of Public Accounts, Commonwealth of Kentucky. In conjunction with the auditing services, the TAK may require consultation with regard to bond refunding, new issues and responses to the Finance and Administration Cabinet and State Auditor.
