This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items for an RF analyzer and accessories. The purpose of the amendment is to add brand name or equal information and extend the response date. The requirement is all-or-none. Offers must be submitted electronically by the specified date and time. Quotes must include Cage Code, delivery date/lead time, pricing for all CLINs, and item/product information. Offerors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and provide proof of authorization. Gray market items are not acceptable. Delivery is expected by September 4, 2026, to Norco, CA. Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

All standard commercial warranties shall be valid upon receipt. Gray market items are not acceptable, and delivery of such items constitutes a breach of contract.
Award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the responsible offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation requirements and is most advantageous to the government.
Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) with no active exclusions. Offerors shall be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller and provide proof of authorization.
The delivery of gray market items in the fulfillment of an order/award constitutes a breach of contract, allowing the government to enforce contractual remedies, including termination or requiring replacement at no cost.
Quotes will be deemed unresponsive and not evaluated if they are partial, do not meet minimum requirements, or if required information is not provided. Submission of gray market items can lead to breach of contract.
