Mark Twain NF Beaver Lake Dam Rehabilitation - MAKING IMPROVEMENTS AS NECESSARY TO DRAW DOWN WATER LEVELS, CLEAR AND GRUB, EXCAVATE AND REMOVE EXISTING OVERFLOW CONDUIT AND APPURTENANCES AND REPAIRING SPILLWAY EROSION WITH RIPRAP.
Dam rehabilitation, including improvements for water level draw down, clearing and grubbing, excavation and removal of overflow conduit and appurtenances, and spillway erosion repair with riprap. 1. Improvements to draw down water levels. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Excavation and removal of existing overflow conduit and appurtenances. 4. Repairing spillway erosion with riprap. 5. Furnishing rot and mildew resistant sediment filter bags ( minimum footprint 150 sq ft, with sewn- in sleeve for 4- inch pump discharge hose). 6. Furnishing prefabricated filter inserts for catch basins or drop inlets with high- flow bypass. 7. Furnishing floating turbidity curtains ( made of nylon, plastic, or other non- deteriorating material, with specific overlap, flotation buoyancy, ballast chain, and dual wire rope load requirements). 8. Geotextile material for separation and stabilization ( woven or nonwoven, conforming to specified physical requirements).
