The notice announces the award for a mold remediation project at Calverton National Cemetery. The contractor will perform the work at the committal building, following the Statement of Work.

The notice requests proposals for mold remediation services at the Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) Gulfport, MS. The period of performance is 60 days. The contractor must work between **** and ****, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. The contractor must comply with all applicable installation facility access and local security policies and procedures. The contractor must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all personnel. A written request for access must be submitted to the contracting officer. The contractor must ensure all employees possess specialized qualifications and training in OSHA safety regulations and EPA mold remediation guidelines. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance according to the quality assurance surveillance plan. The contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control plan. A final quality control plan must be submitted to the contracting officer no later than 10 days after contract award. The government does not provide training to contractors. Contractors must ensure that any personnel performing under a contract are fully trained, licensed, certified, and otherwise qualified to provide services. They require federal criminal history background checks and must comply with specific security protocols of the installation. The contractor must identify themselves as contractors to avoid creating an impression that they are government employees. The contractor must retrieve all identification media from employees who depart employment for any reason and return it to the contracting officer within 14 days of an employee's departure. The contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately if any access or participation may result in any actual or potential organizational conflicts of interest. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is August 22, 2025, 12:00 PM local time. A site visit is scheduled for August 18, 2025, at 08:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. Interested parties must submit their attendance list no later than August 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Questions regarding the mold remediation requirement must be submitted by August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. The contract is for mold remediation services for building **** schedule is 45 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed receipt. Payment will be made by the method shown in block 18a. Submit invoices to the address shown in block 18a unless block offer below is checked. See addendum. The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR ****, ****, FAR ****, and **** are attached. Contractor is required to sign and return offer copies to the issuing office. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The lowest three offers that meet the specification will be evaluated. The government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the government to exercise the options.
