A mandatory requirement is providing or arranging for factory-certified technicians as local service representatives, physically located within the state of Hawaii.
Failure to complete delivery of any item in the contract within the time proposed will cause damage to the judiciary. The estimated, agreed upon, and fixed sum for such delay is ten dollars **** for each and every calendar day the contractor delays.
