Vendors must provide detailed information on their company, including legal name, years in business, authorization to do business in Mississippi, headquarters location, number of employees, most recent annual report and audited financial statements, proposed contract for services, information on any sale or acquisition transactions, litigation history, loan default status, relationships with UM employees, compliance policies (HIPAA, FERPA), quality assurance program, privacy and security policies, user data protection methods, anticipated challenges, and any additional information demonstrating long-term viability and product/service superiority. A completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and Higher Education Cloud Vendor Assessment Tool (HECVAT) are also required.
If an onsite visit is necessary, all onsite visit demonstration costs are to be absorbed by the vendor.
