Aerial Imagery Project- 2025- 021 ( Aerial Imagery Project) All responses and questions must be submitted electronically utilizing the electronic bidding system.
Request for Proposal for aerial imagery project High quality, color orthophotography ortho and oblique imagery of all areas lying within the boundaries of the county and a few adjacent areas for a total of 496 square mile. The county is requesting annual flights. Contractors may bid on the ortho and oblique products separately, but the preference would be for one vendor. For all imagery imagery capture window late February to the end of March. Sun angle not less than 35 degrees. The photographs must not contain objectionable shadows caused by relief or low solar altitude. Flown in leaf- off condition and calm wind conditions. Imagery must not have ground obscured by snow, haze, fog, clouds, smoke, or dust. Waterbodies must be within their normal banks. Imagery must have uniform tone and contrast. The date of each flight shall be recorded and furnished to the county. Imagery that does not meet the above requirements will be rejected by the county.
