The bid proposal is due no later than May 8, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.

The bid notice states that the M-NCPPC is soliciting qualified contractors.

The bid notice states, each vendor shall include a delivery schedule for the counties with the final deliver to occur on or before october 1, 2026.

Billing and payment during the progression of the project will be negotiated between the selected vendor and each county prior to signing contracts. However, fifteen percent 15 of the total project cost will be retained until the project is finished to the satisfaction of the counties.

The counties will evaluate all submitted proposals equally and objectively using the following criteria: completeness of response to this rfp satisfaction of the technical requirements qualifications of personnel to be assigned to these projects methods and technology to be used for these projects experience and performance on similar projects project plans with schedule milestones and delivery dates project management cost.

If the chosen vendor fails to meet the project delivery schedule, the counties shall have the option to require the vendor to forfeit the sum of 200/week for each week that they are late. The vendor agrees that the 200 per week penalty shall be deducted from the final contract payment.
