This tender requires the repair and testing of **** electrical and electronic properties measuring and testing instruments. The contractor must meet operational and functional requirements as represented by the cage codes and reference numbers listed. All repair work must be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. The material supplied must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all
inspection requirements, and records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. If the offeror is not the original end manufacturer (OEM), the OEM must be stated, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor must be provided. The repair price must include all costs associated with receipt and complete repair of material, including handling damage, missing parts, wear damage, and cav reporting. The vendor shall have 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete a teardown evaluation and submit a firm fixed price quote for the full repair effort. The quote shall specify any exceptions, including but not limited to MIL STD packaging, MIL STD labeling,
inspection acceptance locations, packaging house, surplus materials, etc. Price reductions may apply if the contractor does not meet the required repair turnaround time (RTAT). The contractor must obtain final
inspection and acceptance by the government for all assets within the RTAT established in the resulting contract. Quotes shall reference the proposed RTAT and any capacity constraints.
