The delivery date for the items is July 2026.

Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Invoicing and payment will be made thru WAWF. The invoice may not be submitted before the period of performance begins. Early delivery is accepted and authorized at no additional cost to the government.

The bid notice asks if there is a warranty on items being purchased and if so, how long.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are: proof of authorized distributorship, lowest price technically acceptable, delivery date, proof of supply line as new items, capability statement, technically acceptable, award without discussion.

Vendors must be registered in SAM. gov. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access controlled unclassified information within contract opportunities.

Failure to mark each shipping label and packing list as indicated above may result in return of shipment at your expense, or will cause a delay in processing your invoice for payment. Additional cost or parts than what is listed on this order must be approved by the contracting officer and a modification must be completed before the vendor proceeds with changes. Failure to do so may result in an unauthorized commitment.

The bid notice states that all equipment must be installed in September throughout various district locations.
