Contractors must have at least two years of experience in carpet cleaning and handling cleaning equipment. They must also provide IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification and demonstrate technical knowledge of cleaning methods, physical stamina, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, time management, and knowledge of safety procedures.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM MT at the New Mexico VA Healthcare System, **** Centre Ave. , SE, Albuquerque, NM **** requires identifying yourself and stating your purpose at the gate.

Contractors are prohibited from using or possessing alcohol, non-prescription drugs, and firearms while on duty. Misconduct or conflict with facility employees can lead to immediate removal. The estimated total value for this acquisition is $8,500,****.

The contract completion time is 90 days after notice to proceed, to include inspection and punch lists.

The material and workmanship warranty period required by federal government shall have a 1-year warranty under FAR clause **** Warranty of Construction.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM AST, at the 141st Air Mobility Support Squadron, Punta Borinquen Air National Guard Base, Aguadilla, P. R.

The government's target price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
