The contract requires providing meals, lodging, and
training facilities for 120 cadets and 14 cadre personnel from June 16th to 19th, 2025, within a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The contractor must provide trained staff for meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, as well as lodging, medical facilities, and
training facilities. The contractor must also provide equipment, supplies, and personnel for various activities, including kayaking, biking, swimming, high/low confidence challenge courses, zip lining, cargo net climbing, and axe throwing. A quality control plan (QCP) is required, and the government will evaluate contractor performance according to a quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). The contractor must be available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM for meal services and 24 hours a day for lodging, medical, and
training facility use. The contractor must provide a menu similar to the sample menu, with accommodations for vegetarians, and deliver meals hot. The contractor must provide lodging for cadets and cadre separately, with separate latrines and showers. The contractor must provide a building or large room for inprocessing and classroom use, a first aid station with trained medical personnel, a rappel tower, climbing wall, high/low confidence courses, an inclement weather facility, a zip line, water activities, land navigation and orienteering areas, and an area for ceremonies. The contractor must also provide transportation between lodging and
training areas and an axe throwing area. The contractor must comply with all current regulations, publications, manuals, and local policies and procedures, including CDC COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting guidelines and Army Technical Bulletin medical 531 facility sanitation controls and inspections. The contractor must ensure all food handling employees meet board of health standards and food handling requirements, as well as having knowledge of safety regulations. Contractor personnel must identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression that they are government officials. The contractor must not cite any information obtained through this contract on any hard copy or digital marketing tools, including its company website. The contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately if an organizational conflict of interest (OCI) arises. The government will provide transportation to medical facilities if required.
