The CBCA currently occupies 41, 202 aboa sf/45, 206 rsf. The remainder of the space is occupied by the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. The current lease expires January 31, 2025. Approval is requested to negotiate a succeeding lease with the incumbent lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy at this leased location. Continuing need letter submitted on June 9, 2022 for 38, 201 aboa sf/42, 201 rsf, later updated to 41, 202 aboa sf/45, 206 rsf of space for a new 15- year, 10- year firm term to commence on February 1, 2025. Building must be within one- half ( 1/2) walkable mile of a metro station.
