This solicitation is for Enterprise Health Unit Services (EHUS) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) at four locations: Glynco, Georgia; Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type, awarded as a competitive woman-owned small business set-aside. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods, with a phase-in period of approximately one month. Services include providing qualified health unit staff, medical examinations, screenings, occupational health services, and administrative support. The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, with the non-price factors (technical and management approach, prior experience, past performance) being approximately equal in importance to price.
Offerors must demonstrate prior experience and knowledge in managing and operating health units, possess qualified and trained medical and administrative personnel, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including DHS and FLETC directives and policies.
