The services include data processing, hosting, management, digitization of historical data, AI-enhanced searches, and compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 standards. The contract will involve work within Salem County, New Jersey, and New Castle County, Delaware. The contractor's staffing must include experienced professionals qualified in areas such as computer operations, systems analysis, surveying, lidar data collection, RPAS drone operation, drafting, GIS/CAD, technical writing, clerical and administrative support, analytical testing, and environmental data management. Additionally, professionals experienced in health, safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, radiological screening, and waste management are required.
The contractor may stage needed equipment and supplies at a designated location within the fenced Chemours facility. Contractor personnel are responsible for the security of their machines, equipment, and supplies. In order to gain access to work at the Chemours site, contractor and subcontractor personnel shall be required to take safety training at Chemours, which USACE will coordinate.
