Bid for recreation complex equipment, sealed bid, due October 25, 2015, 2:00 PM, at McNeese State University, Lake Charles, LA. Bid must be returned in a sealed envelope to one of the listed addresses. Bidders must sign and return the standard terms and conditions form. All bids include prepaid delivery, F. O. B. to McNeese State University. Bid prices must be firm and include charges related to tariffs, duties, or similar governmental fees. Successful bidder must accept purchase orders. A certificate of liability insurance is required prior to working on campus. The bid must be signed below. The validity of this bid is dependent on the following information: delivery days and terms. The US Postal Service does not make deliveries to the McNeese purchasing department's physical location. The McNeese purchasing department must receive the sealed bid at its physical location by the date and time specified in this bid. Failure to meet the bid opening date and time shall result in rejection of the bid. Bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that its courier service provider makes inside deliveries to the McNeese purchasing department's physical location. The McNeese purchasing department is not responsible for any delays caused by the bidder's chosen means of delivery. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely delivery of its bid. Prices must be complete, including transportation prepaid by bidder to destination. Bid prices should be quoted in the unit each, box, case, etc. as specified in the solicitation. McNeese State University reserves the right to award items separately, grouped, or on an all or none basis, and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities incident thereto. If the vendor fails to make delivery within the time specified on bid documents or within a reasonable time if no delivery time is specified, McNeese reserves the right to cancel the item and to purchase it elsewhere. Consistent unsatisfactory deliveries will be considered just cause for deleting a vendor from bid lists. McNeese may terminate this agreement for cause based upon the failure of contractor to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, or failure to fulfill its performance obligations pursuant to this agreement. McNeese may terminate the contract at any time by giving thirty 30 days written notice to the contractor of such termination or negotiating with the contractor an effective date. In accordance with Louisiana revised statutes 39: ****, a preference may be allowed for products manufactured, produced, grown, or assembled in Louisiana of equal quality. Preferences shall not apply to service contracts. A certificate of liability insurance is required prior to working on campus. The certificate provided must include McNeese State University, box ****, Lake Charles, LA ****, as an additional insured and the certificate holder.

Sealed bids for the sale of surplus fitness center equipment are due by 11:00 AM local time on October 3, 2025. Bids must be submitted to the Harper College Purchasing Department, A Building, Room A217, **** W. Algonquin Road, Palatine, Illinois **** non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on September 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM local time at Building M, Room **** of equipment is scheduled for October 8th-9th, 2025, Wednesday-Thursday, between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Payment is due within five (5) calendar days of the award notice. Payment must be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check, payable to Harper College. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and/or mail within five (5) calendar days of the award decision. The bidder must provide all moving equipment and protective floor covering to prevent damage to the facility. The college reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the college.

Bidders must provide a dollar amount for each line item. Quotes must be submitted by September 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM PT via email to the specified contact. The bid is for FOB destination, and delivery/installation charges should be quoted. The single point of contact for questions is Sam Goff.
