The work site will be available during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, and every other Friday. Foreign visitors must be escorted by an arsenal representative. Contractor employees must identify themselves and display badges. The contractor is responsible for providing training to arsenal personnel. The machine must meet or exceed OEM specifications. The contractor must provide all required documentation, including as-built drawings and manuals. A corrosion-resistant metal plate with specific information must be attached to the machine. The contractor is responsible for all work, including dismantling, installation, startup, debugging, testing, and final operation of the new control and/or machine. The contractor must provide training to arsenal personnel. The control system must include an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) with battery backup and power surge protection. All wiring must comply with industry standards. A one-year warranty is included. The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of hazardous waste. The contractor must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. The contractor must submit a hazardous material inventory 30 days prior to commencement of work. The contractor must confine all activities to areas defined by the drawings and specifications. The contractor shall not remove, cut, deface, injure, or destroy land resources without permission. Blasting or use of explosives is not permitted without written permission. Mercury is prohibited, except for specific types of lamps. Universal waste and e-waste must be managed according to applicable environmental law and installation instructions.
