University of Colorado Boulder is seeking professional services from a qualified material testing and inspection agency for the renovation of Farrand Residence Hall. Firms will be judged on their past experience and ability to address critical project success factors. The primary focus of the prequalification evaluation will be the firm's capability, including project team, firm/team capabilities, prior experience, project approach, equity/diversity/inclusion, and work location. Oral interviews will focus on proposed project management team members' capabilities.
Firms must have been in the same business under the same name for the last two years, demonstrated design experience in similar projects exceeding $250,000, and attended the mandatory pre-submittal conference. The acknowledgment and attestation form is also mandatory.
