The annual reports shall include analysis on 16 data elements as described in Public Law 110- 389, Section 334. Additional data elements may be added to the reports as necessary. The contractor shall review and make edits to the survey as needed to provide data for the annual reports. The contractor shall compare prior years data and reports and will incorporate information for current annual reports on trends and long- term effects of each program. Data collection will be from a combination of other agency sources through data sharing agreements, existing VBA data sets, and surveys.
