Morrow County is seeking bids for a complete agricultural spray drone and support trailer package. Bids are due August 6, 2026. The package must include two drone systems, supporting equipment, and a trailer-based spray, charging, and support system. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bids are due August 6, 2026, no later than 2:00 p. m. Pacific Time. The complete package must arrive assembled, spray ready, charged or fueled as appropriate for testing, and fully operational.
Payment terms are net 30 after complete delivery, acceptance, and receipt of an accurate invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The bid must include the standard manufacturer warranty for each component. The complete package must carry not less than a one-year warranty unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies. The vendor remains responsible for coordinating warranty service for integrated components and correcting defects in assembly, plumbing, wiring, or installation.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose package meets or exceeds all mandatory requirements.
Bidders must be qualified vendors. The county may require evidence that the bidder has the financial resources, experience, technical capability, service support, legal authority, and performance record necessary to furnish the complete package.
The county may inspect the proposed equipment before award.
Protests must be submitted in writing within the time and manner required by the Oregon Public Contracting Code and county rules.
Material omissions, qualifications that alter the county's requirements, failure to bid the complete package, or failure to sign the bid may cause the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive.
