The deadline for interested parties to respond to this sources sought notice is 10:00 AM CST, May 15, 2026.

Interested parties must provide their company name, point of contact name, phone number and email address, SAM UEI or DUNS number, and company socio-economic status (e. g. , small business, SDVOSB, VOSB) as part of their response.

The bid notice states that bids will be received until May 21, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time in the Outlook inbox will be the official receipt time.

The bid notice states that to be eligible to bid, bidders must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and facility tour will be held on May 4, 2026, at 9:00 a. m. MDT at the Sandoval County Detention Center.

Any protest by an offeror must be timely and in conformance with NMSA ****, **** and applicable procurement regulations. The 15-calendar day protest period shall begin on the day following the award of contracts.
