The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must be registered in the LAgov vendor system. A valid dealer's license issued by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission is required. Bid prices must include delivery of all items F. O. B. destination. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later. All bids must be submitted online via the vendor portal or in a clearly marked envelope by the opening date and time. Faxed alterations to bids received before the opening time will be considered, provided the bid form and faxed alteration have been received and timestamped before the opening. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit descriptive literature, technical data, etc. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. Bids not specifying brand and model number shall be considered as offering the exact products specified in the solicitation. All bid amounts shall be submitted in US dollars. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and should include a copy of a valid dealer's license issued under the provisions of La. R. S. 32:1254 with their bid. Any bidder who fails to include a valid dealer's license with their bid must provide a copy to this office within 10 business days following the bid opening date. Failure to do so will result in the bid being rejected. This bid has been approved as proprietary, and only the make and model listed will be considered for award.

The solicitation is for the removal and installation of HVAC equipment in building **** at Peterson Space Force Base. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 9:30 AM MDT. Questions must be submitted by Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM MDT. Offers are due by Friday, September 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM MDT. The project requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and base-specific standards. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside. The contractor must provide a technical narrative describing how the Statement of Work requirements will be met.
