The expected period of performance for this acquisition is award date to project completion, not to exceed 1 year (12 months).

The bid notice states that invoices shall be submitted monthly for work to date successfully completed.

All contractor personnel shall communicate and behave with etiquette indicative of respectful and courteous professional manner.
