The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. the magnitude of this project is between 5, 000, 000 and 10, 000, 000.

The contracted music director shall have a bachelors degree in music or related field and/or five 5 or more years of experience in church music ministry, or equivalent academic credentials in a chapelchurch setting. They must skillfully play the pianokeyboard, sight read, arrange, play, and score music, and conduct leadership and musical skills to lead the choirworship team. A recorded technical evaluation audition satisfactory to the assigned chaplains is required.

Disqualifying information on the background check result in the utilization of corrective administrative actions, up to and including termination of the contract. The government reserves the right to utilize corrective actions for the contract if the required background check is not completed within 60 days of contract award or reveals disqualifying information.

The Catholic Music Director shall have a Bachelor's degree in music or related field and/or five (5) or more years of experience in church music ministry, or equivalent academic credentials in a chapel/church setting. Skillfully play the piano/keyboard, executing written music accurately. Sight read, arrange, improve, play, and score music. Conduct, accompany, and musically lead the choir. Play music in keeping with a Catholic style and service. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Prior to assigning the role, the contractor will provide references validating favorable past performance and qualify through demonstration.

Disqualifying information on the background check may result in corrective administrative actions, up to and including termination of the contract. The government reserves the right to administer further action if the response provided to a notice of noncompliance fails to acknowledge and/or correct the noncompliance.
