Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed in detail.
The award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery, and price.
Bidders must have relevant experience, fully trained personnel, required licensure and accreditation, be at least 18 years of age, and provide a minimum of three verifiable references.
Noncompliance or failure to timely correct a deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment. Violations of standards of conduct may result in being barred from future contracts or contract cancellation.
Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in a response, not marking confidential information correctly, or unsatisfactory past performance can lead to disqualification.
The historical spend for the same or similar services is $180,**** for the period of one year.
