Responses to this IFB must be received by June 26, 2026, 10:30 am Central Time.

Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed in detail.

The award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery, and price.

Bidders must have relevant experience, fully trained personnel, required licensure and accreditation, be at least 18 years of age, and provide a minimum of three verifiable references.

Noncompliance or failure to timely correct a deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment. Violations of standards of conduct may result in being barred from future contracts or contract cancellation.

Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in a response, not marking confidential information correctly, or unsatisfactory past performance can lead to disqualification.

The historical spend for the same or similar services is $180,**** for the period of one year.

Responses to this sources sought notice are required by no later than Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 am **** EST.

Contractor must provide manufacturer warranty on all provided equipment and supplies for first year from date of receipt and verification of installation operation.

Award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers the best value to the United States.

All interested parties must also have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

Objections must be filed with the city zoning administrator before the hearing date if a hearing or consideration is desired, or by counsel on said date.

Bidders must provide a detailed qualification statement, including information on ownership, management, financing, and experience. Omission of any information may be cause for this statement not receiving timely and complete consideration.

Making false statements in the qualification statement can lead to fines and imprisonment. Whoever. . . makes, passes, utters, or publishes any statement, knowing the same to be false. . . shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

Knowingly rendering an erroneous certification can lead to contract termination for default, debarment, or suspension from federal programs. if it is later determined that the bidder knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, the contract may be terminated for default, and the bidder may be debarred or suspended from participation in federal programs.

The due date for submissions is 6/30/2026 at 10:00:00 AM.

The county is seeking qualified service providers.
