The period of performance is 90 calendar days from the performance start date.
The contractor shall provide their standard warranty for parts and labor.
The contractor shall possess demonstrated experience in performing maintenance and repair on commercial-grade HVAC systems, specifically including cooling towers. As part of its technical proposal, the contractor must submit documentation demonstrating it has successfully completed at least two 2 projects of similar size, scope, and complexity within the last five 5 years.
If the contractor fails to use reasonable care and causes damage to government property, the contractor shall replace or repair the damage at no expense to the government. If the contractor fails or refuses to make such repair or replacement, the contractor shall be liable for the cost, which may be deducted from the contract price.
