Contractor should have at least 10 years of demonstrated construction experience with the restoration and repair of historic windows and doors. Contractor must be thoroughly experienced with the materials and methods specified. Contractor to have working knowledge of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for treatment of historic properties. Supervisor and or lead carpenter must have a minimum of five 5 years demonstrated experience restoring historic windows and doors. Provide resume. Provide client references name, address, email and phone number for a minimum of three 3 projects completed in the last five 5 years of a similar size and nature. References from South Carolina and the Southeast United States are preferred. Project references must be for projects that included extensive historic window and door repairs.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM at **** Boundary Street.

Bids submitted without this addendum may be considered nonresponsive.

The deadline to submit proposals is June 15, 2026. Setup is scheduled for June ****, 2026, the event is on June 26, 2026, and breakdown is June 27, 2026.

Payment will be made by EFT within 30 days of completion of services and an approved invoice. Mobilization and stage payments are not authorized.

The evaluation criteria include alignment with the American Icons theme and creative execution of city showcases (35%), budget and value (25%), quality and condition of rental items (20%), experience with diplomatic events and outdoor venues for 1,000 guests (15%), and setup/breakdown timeline and logistics plan (5%).

Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand English, have an established business with a permanent address and phone, possess necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources, hold all required local licenses and permits, meet local insurance requirements, have no adverse criminal record, and no conflicting political or business affiliations. They must also demonstrate good experience, past performance, and specialized experience.

A general walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026. A final walkthrough with cochairs is on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Sample centerpieces and decor elements for committee review are to be available by June 18, 2026. Vendors must provide samples or renderings of all major decorative elements.

Late proposals will not be accepted. Offerors must also avoid political or business affiliations contrary to U. S. interests and have no adverse criminal record.

The period of performance for this requirement is one year ARO (After Receipt of Order).

The bid notice states that multiyear supportworx premier plans require payment at time of purchase for all years covered by the plan.
