This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for tree removal, brush cleaning, and forest area cleanup. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 9:00 am EST, and attendance confirmation is required by Wednesday, July 22, 2026. A Real ID is required for access. Offers are due by Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm EDT. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. The period of performance is 120 days from award.
Services rendered under the resulting purchase order shall be completed within 120 days from award.
Contractors shall use Standard Form **** Public Voucher for purchases and services other than personal when submitting a payment request. Payment requests must be submitted electronically in PDF format to ***@***. *. * contractor shall not be paid more frequently than on a monthly basis.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price.
Offerors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission and remain registered through contract award. Offerors shall provide responses to solicitation provisions E. 2, E. 3, and E. 4.
An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, starting at 9:00 am EST, at the place of performance. Interested vendors are required to confirm attendance in advance via email no later than 12:00 pm EST Wednesday, July 22, 2026. A Real ID is required to access the property. This site visit is highly encouraged, however, not mandatory.
Failure of the offeror to furnish a certification or provide such additional information as requested by the contracting officer may render the offeror nonresponsible. If the government later determines that the offeror knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, the contracting officer may terminate the contract resulting from this solicitation for default.
