Breathalyzer Government Bids & RFPs

The period of performance shall be for one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years, with a six-month extension option. The base year period of performance is from April 29, 2026, to April 28, 2027.

The contractor shall track and maintain warranty records for all contractor property and supplies used under this contract, including both government-furnished and contractor-acquired items. The contractor shall enforce all applicable warranties and ensure no unnecessary expenditure of government funds for repair or maintenance of warranted items.

The contractor is required to be a Texas state-certified Intoxilyzer **** service and maintenance provider, capable of training and certifying federal law enforcement officers. All work must comply with Texas breath alcohol testing regulations, Texas Forensic Science Commission standards, and Texas Department of Public Safety regulations.

The contractor's failure to comply with security requirements may result in the government requiring the contractor to remove contractor employees from performance of the contract. The contractor may be held liable for loss, damage, or destruction of government property resulting from negligence or willful misconduct.

The deadline for response to this request is no later than 10 am, MST, 20 March 2026.

The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale, secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources, implement a successful project management plan, and provide services under a performance-based service acquisition contract.
