The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) is seeking a Drupal hosting provider. Proposals are due September 12, 2025, via the LACERA vendor gateway portal. Respondents must submit a proposal in PDF or Microsoft Word format, addressing all RFP sections, and not exceeding 20 pages. The proposal must include a checklist, minimum qualifications certification, and a response to the enclosed questionnaire. Additional material, such as brochures, will not be used in scoring. All proposals must remain open for at least 180 days after the submission deadline. A bidder conference is scheduled for August 25, 2025, at MS Teams. Questions must be submitted through the LACERA vendor gateway portal by August 25, 2025. Proposals will be scored according to the selection criteria in Exhibit E. LACERA staff may select respondents based on the selection criteria or using a combination of onsite interviews and reference verification. The highest scoring respondents may be invited to an interview by LACERA's boards. The contract, if awarded, may be for an initial period of up to five years, beginning from the date of final execution. All contracts may be terminated at LACERA's convenience at any time.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with the University of Chicago for the renewal of Globus Connect Server (GCS) perpetual license software. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on July 18, 2025, via the NIAID electronic simplified acquisition submission system (e-SAS). Phase one proposals are due by the date specified in block 13 of the standard form 1442. The government will evaluate phase two proposals and award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror, whose proposal is the best value trade-off to the government from both the phase one and phase two proposal evaluations. The price used in the trade-off analysis shall be the offeror's total amount for the base items and optional items. The trade-off analysis will be conducted based on an evaluation of all factors, including price, and a best value proposal will be determined. The government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest-priced offer or to reject all offers.
