This RFQ is for floor replacement services at the Albuquerque Indian Health Center HIM department. The scope includes removing deteriorated carpet and VCT flooring, regulated asbestos abatement, concrete slab remediation, and installing commercial healthcare-grade sheet vinyl flooring. An alternate finish of polished concrete can be evaluated. The period of performance is 40 calendar days from the notice to proceed. A minimum 1-year workmanship warranty is required. Site visits are available until July 28, 2026. Quotes must be submitted by August 7, 2026, at 5:00 pm MT. The acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBE).
The period of performance shall be 40 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed.
All payments by the government under an award shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR ****.
The contractor shall provide a minimum of one 1 year workmanship warranty from date of final acceptance.
The government will award a firm fixed price purchase order PO resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Volume 1 technical qualifications include a description demonstrating the quoters capability to perform all requirements in the performance work statement PWS.
Site visits will be available until Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 4:30 pm.
Interested offerors must submit questions concerning this solicitation by Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 12 pm MT.
Failure to implement corrective actions may result in termination for cause, particularly where performance endangers patients, staff, or government property.
