The Rutherford County Board of Education is requesting bids for custodial supplies and equipment. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on May 16, 2025, to the address provided. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The board reserves the right to increase or decrease amounts and/or quantities, waive formalities, accept bids as a whole or in parts, and reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with all specifications, including providing samples for substitute items, and must be in compliance with Tennessee state and federal laws, including criminal background checks and drug-free workplace programs. After written notice is given, custodial supplies may be subject to rebid or go to the next lowest bidder.
