Scope includes: creation of six new private offices, demolition of two private offices and a conference room, refurbishment of finishes ( carpet, base, paint, ceiling tile and grid), replacement of fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures, installation of new tubular daylighting devices, replacement of toilet partitions, replacement of existing door hardware, installation of audiovisual devices, rework of interior mechanical, electrical, telecommunications and plumbing systems, and rework of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
