Responses must be received by close of business 17 April 2026 Pacific Time to be considered.

Manufacturers and or suppliers responding to this announcement shall verify that the products systems satisfy the general requirements indicated in the attached specifications. A catalog cut of the items with technical specifications demonstrating compliance is requested to be included with the response.

The weather station components will be delivered to the KIRC Kihei office within sixty (60) days of award.

The state shall have thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory completion of contract to make payment. A protest shall be submitted in writing within five (5) working days after the posting of the award as listed below provided that a protest based upon the content of the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to the date set for receipt of offers.

The bid notice states that the total quantity of 7,500 dataloggers must be delivered by May 25, 2026.
