Requirement for SPOT Iridium PTT Service for Colombia. Quotations must be submitted via email no later than August 5, 2026, at 16:00 hours Bogota time. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. The U. S. Government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required for award eligibility. No physical delivery of product is needed; vendor must activate services online in Colombia. Period of performance is 365 days, with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of purchase order.
The required delivery date is seven (7) days after receipt of order (ARO). The vendor must fulfill the contract and deliver 100% of the required materials within thirty (30) days after receipt of the purchase order (ARO).
Services are paid monthly. Invoices can only be submitted through the vendor portal: www. ***. *. * government shall pay the contractor within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
The vendor must provide a quality warranty for at least one (1) year for tangible elements. During the warranty period, the contractor must respond to technical requests within two hours and repair equipment within 48 hours at the site of the request.
