The Project Manager (PM) shall possess equivalent to a high school diploma plus three years of responsible experience in building maintenance work, be skilled in the use of cleaning equipment for pressure washing services, and have a valid driver's license. The Quality Control Manager/Inspector (QCM) shall possess at least 1 year of responsible experience in building maintenance work.

The bid notice mentions that unsafe acts or conditions fostered by the contractor or contractor personnel may be grounds for the KO to halt all contractor performance until such unsafe conditions are corrected. It also states that the contractor will be responsible for any damages that occur while performing any cleaning services during the life of the contract.
