The bid includes lawn care, groundskeeping, tree trimming, and arborist services. A mandatory onsite visit is required. The submission deadline is December 10, 2025, by 10:30 AM. The contractor must obtain and monitor the certificates of insurance from each subcontractor in order to assure compliance with the insurance requirements. The contractor must maintain all insurance coverage with the minimum amounts described throughout the life of the contract. The contractor must provide a request for a price adjustment in writing to the hhs agency contract manager. The contractor must provide supporting documentation to justify any price adjustment. The contractor must notify hhsc in writing at least ten calendar days prior to the effective date of the discount.
