The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) is seeking to contract services for an engineering inspection regime onboard Training Support Vessels (TSV) squadron vessels: TSV 1 Prevail, TSV 3 Hunter, TSV 4 Narragansett, and TSV 5 Vindicator, homeported at JEB Little Creek. These vessels are used to support fleet training and must maintain certifications to ensure safe operation. The contractor will perform required inspections and surveys as mandated by current ABS rules and regulations, attending vessels approximately eight 2-hour visits per quarter, per vessel. The contractor will also oversee selected maintenance actions, ensure only fully qualified ABS certified surveyors are employed, maintain an accurate database of inspections and certifications, and report deficient conditions. Oversight, inspection, and assistance will be provided during industrial availability periods, including dry dock events. The contract length is twelve months from the designated start date. Deliverables include monthly updates on certification status, monthly invoice logs, and ABS certification for each vessel. The contractor is not liable for loss, damage, or delay due to causes beyond their reasonable control. Contractor personnel must maintain required documentation to access military bases and piers.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity is seeking sources for non-personal services to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for Dräger Perseus A500 anesthesia breathing machines at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune.
