Work must be completed within 60 days of request from the department.

The MOA standard payment terms are net 30. Bidders may offer discounts for prompt payment, with a minimum acceptable of 1% and net 15 days.

All items must come with manufacturers warranty, if supplied by the manufacturer.

Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will make bids ineligible for award. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in bid being considered non-responsive. Bids not in compliance with requirements may be declared non-responsive.

Sealed bids must be received online by 10:00 a. m. on June 24, 2026.

Bidders must submit a statement of bidders qualifications form.

The selected contractor will have fifteen 15 days after notification to mobilize equipment and commence work.

Lump payments shall be made within thirty 30 working days after completion of each project. No provision is made for prepayments or partial payment prior to completion of any screening project.

Award will be based on the cost of screening. The make and model of the screening equipment, throughput capacity and equipment availability will be considered in award of bid.

Company must be authorized to do business in New York State by New York State Department of State.

If equipment and/or personnel are not available within the proposed time period, the town may assess a **** per day penalty for each day when the project is delayed.

Vendor will be required to make themselves familiar with all site conditions to the Town's satisfaction.

Any request for information or interpretation of the contract documents or drawings must be addressed in writing and to be given any consideration must be received at least five 5 business days prior to date fixed for the opening of bids.

Any changes made to the Town's terms and conditions may cause the vendor's bid to be disqualified. The town may disqualify a unit if it fails to meet the town's needs.
