Please complete the attached entitled Attachment 1 Market Research Workbook for SDPS, by inputting data into all applicable cells. The technical workbook captures the ability to provide coverage for each of the required services, in the quantity required, at each of the required service delivery points SDPS. Using the drop down selection menu found at column K of the attachment, please state yes or no as to whether you can provide the requisite service, in the requisite quantity, to the requisite SDP. A yes or no designation must be entered for each and every item no item shall be left blank.

Proposal responses will be graded on experience (25%), City of Cedar Park's evaluation of vendors ability to perform (35%), and price (40%). If the successful proposer fails to fulfill contract terms, the city may purchase services on the open market and charge the proposer the difference, deduct charges, or terminate the contract without penalty. Invoices will be paid net thirty 30 days in compliance with Texas laws. All invoices must reference a valid TTU purchase order. Proposers may submit a proposal for a prompt payment discount.

Proposals will be awarded based on the best value to TTU, considering purchase price, reputation, quality, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, impact on compliance with laws, total long-term cost, and other relevant factors.

Proposers must demonstrate professional experience, experience with higher education or similar organizations, administrative support and service reporting capabilities, and compliance with IT requirements including digital accessibility, security, integration, AI functions, and TX-RAMP requirements.

Protest procedures are outlined, with formal protests to be submitted to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer.

Proposals may be disqualified for failing to meet mandatory requirements, submitting incomplete or conditional proposals, engaging in prohibited communications, or failing to provide required documentation like the VPAT.
