Bath Products Government Bids & RFPs

The delivery date for the items is on or before February 1, 2027.

Payment will be made by the government.

The government may issue a purchase order to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter.

Responsible sources shall provide a price quote, total firm fixed price, discount terms, estimated time of delivery, and technical submission requirements.

Responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM CST on May 20, 2026.

The bid notice states that a minimum one-year full-service warranty is required, which includes parts and other industry-standard features.

The bid notice asks for information on business type (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, large business), size classification under NAICS ****, manufacturer or distributor status, and whether the company has any federal contracts.

The RFP responses are due by May 19, 2026, 4:30 PM EST. The state anticipates the start date for such contracts will be June 1, 2026.

The bid notice states that percentage discounts may be offered for prompt payments of invoices, however, such discounts must be in effect for a period of 30 days or more in order to be considered in making awards. The state agrees to pay the contractor, and the contractor agrees to accept as full compensation for performance of all services and expenses encompassed under this contract.

Awards will be made in the best interest of the state. Consideration shall be given to the bidders project approach and methodology, qualifications and experience, ability to provide the services within the defined timeline, cost, and/or success in completing similar projects. All other considerations being equal, preference will be given first to resident bidders of the state and/or to products raised or manufactured in the state, and then to bidders who have practices that promote clean energy and address climate change.

Bidders must be registered with the Vermont Secretary of State's office and obtain a contractor's business account number issued by the Vermont Department of Taxes. The state will also consider the bidders project approach and methodology, qualifications and experience, and ability to provide services within the defined timeline.

The bid notice mentions that violation of security conditions is grounds for immediate termination of this contract. It also states that failure to submit subcontractor reporting in accordance with section 32 of the Vermont Recovery and Reinvestment Act of **** will constitute noncompliance and may result in cancellation of contract and/or restriction from bidding on future state contracts.

The bid notice does not mention the submission of samples.
