The Orange County Superintendent of Schools is seeking proposals for temporary staffing services. Proposals must be received by mail no later than March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT. The superintendent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The successful agency must provide qualified candidates in a timely manner. The agency must ensure that all temporary personnel assigned to the superintendent complete all required pre-employment clearance requirements prior to the first day of service. The agency must comply with all equal employment laws. The initial term of the agreement shall be for one 1 year with an option to renew for four 4 additional successive one-year periods, not to exceed an accumulative total of five 5 years.

The superintendent will evaluate each firm based on the information set forth in the proposal submitted, together with other information available to the superintendent from any other sources. in addition to any other criteria specified in this rfp, the evaluation criteria will include, among others, the firms experience, qualifications and ability to meet superintendent criteria and project costs range, the firms ability to develop a rapport and working relationship withsuperintendent personnel.
