The delivery date for the DVE kits is December 17, 2026. The training is expected to be completed by May 31, 2028.

Payment will be made by the Government. Invoices and receiving reports are to be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

A commercial warranty of at least one year is required, starting upon delivery and acceptance at the contractor facility. The warranty must be extended to the FMS customer and structured to not require US Government administration. The warranty clock stops upon notification of failure and restarts upon acceptance of repaired/replaced unit.

A single award will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach.
