The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance on the existing building automation system (BAS) at the VA Central California Health Care System. The contract period is for one year, with a one-year option period. Physical security: the vendor shall be responsible for safeguarding their equipment while on government property. The government will not be responsible for damage or loss of vendors property. At no time will the vendor be in contact or have access to VA sensitive information, OIT systems, or the VA OIT network. The government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or reperformance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price.
