The contractor shall possess all licenses and permits required by all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Employees must hold a valid U. S. driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience, be U. S. citizens, fluent in English, and have at least six months of patient assisted parking services experience in a healthcare setting. The contractor shall have a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience successfully providing patient assisted parking services.

Violations of VA regulations may result in citations issued through the United States Federal District Court. In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with the DEI clause, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part.

Contract management shall continuously monitor vehicle wait times. Contractor management shall conduct onsite visits as necessary.
