The government requires a contract delivery date within one year or 365 days, effective the date of contract award. Early delivery is acceptable.

The government requires that the contractor provides a standard commercial warranty on all parts and materials. Warranty repairs related to the assets shall be at no additional cost to the government and must include material, labor, shipping and handling.

All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm eastern daylight time, 22 may 2026.

The county will issue no response to any request for clarification received within five 5 days of the proposal due date.

By submitting a bid, bidder/contractor or any assignee certifies that it is not on the entities determined to be nonresponsive bidders/offerers pursuant to the New York State Iran Divestment Act of **** list. Franklin County reserves the right to reject any bid for an entity that appears on the prohibited entities list.

Sealed bids will be received on June 9, 2026, until 2:00 PM CT.

This project shall require a Louisiana Contractors License number for Class III Heavy Construction.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at the office of the engineer.

No bid received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered.
