data advances, enhancements of existing tools, guides, instruction, and coaching on using project tools, present
data governance outline, and coaching and support on seven existing
data models. Work will primarily be performed at the contractor's facility, but contractor personnel may be required to work onsite at the Library's facility. Government furnished property includes laptops, access to existing software and development environment. All contractors must be US citizens and have a background check. Key personnel requirements include a program manager, alternate program manager,
data scientists, software engineers, digital interface, and
data visualization specialists. The contractor must ensure that all nonpublic library information processed under this contract is protected from unauthorized use and mishandling. The contractor must provide a written list of antivirus, antispyware, firewall, encryption products, versions and proof of licenses, along with the automatic operating system patching status, MAC address if applicable and user name for each system being used to process library information.
