The government intends to award the contract to the offeror submitting the proposal determined to represent the best value to the government, price and other factors considered.
The evaluation factors for award include corporate experience, management approach and schedule, safety, past performance, and small business utilization and participation.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of $4,**** for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
A site walk is scheduled for March 19, 2026, at **** EDT. Visitors require a visitor pass and must make an appointment through the Qless app. PPE will be required for entry.
Offers providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
