Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov. Quotations are due by August 17, 2026, 12:00 noon. A site visit is mandatory before preparing shop drawings. A fence sample must be submitted for approval. Workers and equipment entering the embassy will undergo security vetting. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. Questions are due by July 29, 2026.
The entire work must be completed and ready for use no later than 60 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly. Invoices are to be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * and ***@***. *. * payment period is 30 days.
The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in the contract.
Award will be made to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for award management database prior to submittal of their offer/proposal.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of $100 for each calendar day of delay.
The contractor shall visit the site for field measuring before proceeding with the preparation of the shop drawings.
The contractor shall submit to post for approval a fence sample to match the texture, pattern, colour and perforated design of the existing fence panels.
Failure to be registered in the SAM system at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsible.
