Franklin County seeks proposals for consultant services to provide countywide retail market data, analysis, recruitment tools, and staff training to support the Office of Economic Development's retail and restaurant recruitment strategy. The consultant will provide research, real estate analysis, strategy, implementation tools, marketing materials, and training. Proposals must be submitted by Thursday, October 1, 2026, by 4:00 pm local time. Evaluation is based on the most qualified offeror. Payment terms are net 30 after receipt of a proper invoice.
