A site visit will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 9 AM for Site 1 (EAC Swimming Pool) and 11 AM for Site 2 (Gil Ethier Community Athletic Center). Bids may be rejected if the bidder has failed to comply with prequalification regulations, has outstanding bills for labor and materials on former contracts, is in default under previous contracts, or has performed unsatisfactory work on previous contracts.
